      Hi Steve,

Congratulations on your huge life changing decision to go back to 1NE, and for remaining sober for such a long time. Long may it continue!

I also attended Greig House twice, in 2010 & 2011. Like you i attended 1NE twice, for about 2 months each time. I was not yet ready to try and beat my chronic alcoholism unfortunatley, and spent a lot of time in hospital between january and may this year,

i was extremley lucky..i nearly died twice one night back in april but the wonderful consultants, doctors and nurses mangaged to save me.

I have decompensated liver chirhosis, and have not touched alcohol for over 5 months. I no longer crave alcohol and have never wavered, even under very stressful events of the last few months.

I am so thankfull to everyone at 1NE, as they set me on the path to coming to terms with the all consuming disease that is alcoholism. Although i have not been back since, i know that the amazing work and dedication that Jo, Fiona, and all the the team continue to provide, will help so many people like us in the future.

Guys, I will pop in and see you in the next few months, i am off to Ireland in a couple of weeks for a long overdue holiday.

      All the best
      Richard
